Quietly looked after, start to finish.

Every crate leaves Reims in an insulated, temperature-controlled case with tracking. Delivery is complimentary on crates over €250; below that we charge a flat €18.

Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Thursday so nothing rests in a depot over a weekend. Delivery requires an adult signature — we are not able to leave bottles unattended.

If a bottle arrives damaged, or is simply not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we will collect and replace it. Opened bottles cannot be returned.

Each bottle ships with a printed provenance card: the grower or distillery, the vineyard or cask, the disgorgement or bottling date, and the date it entered our cellar.

We do not buy at auction without paperwork, and we never relabel, recondition or refresh old bottles. If a fill level is low, or a capsule suspect, the bottle stays with us.

For spirits, every cask number and bottle count is recorded. For wine, we keep the original purchase invoice on file and can send a copy on request.

Rest bottles lying flat at a steady 12°C and 70% humidity, away from light and vibration. Champagne forgives slightly more than Burgundy, but neither enjoys a radiator.

Serve champagne at 9–11°C, white Burgundy at 12°C, fine red at 16°C, and cask spirits neat at room temperature with a drop of water to open the aromatics.

A bottle bought for a great occasion can wait a decade. Send us the vintage and we will gladly say when to open it.

We keep only what we need to deliver your order and write to you about releases: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. We never sell or share it.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and the allocation list unsubscribes with one click.

Sales of alcohol are made to adults only. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over, and our courier will ask for identification on delivery. Drink responsibly.
